I am in the new start-up stages of an awesome Native American Food Service Concept. I believe that our products will take the US by storm. We have developed over 70 food items to our menu. We will attempt to cross the buffalo meat product back over into the mainstream restaurant industry.

I want my products to be a big suprise as I will be franchising our concept across the US. Have you ever heard of an "Indian Taco" ? Well, that is our top seller here in Oklahoma. And for those of you who don't know what the meaning of Oklahoma is, well, it means "Red People" The US Gov. put the Native people on designated land so settlers could settle and move about freely without the fear of being penalized for trespassing. The penalty was death back in the old days. Anyway, so much for history. In modern America, we want you to enjoy the taste of "Oklahoma". 80% of the food that is on our tables today is of the Native American origin. I bet you've never had "Comanche Hash" huh? Someday very soon, you will be able to experience not only the food but you will be able to listen to some soothing flute music that will creat a perfect dining environment and atmosphere.
