Default Mathnasium Learning Centre

There is a great demand these days for kids educational services. Mathnasium Learning Centre will give your kids some extra tutoring in maths. They have been franchising since 2003 and have over 700 centres spread over Europe, Asia, North America and South America.

Would you hire staff or just run it yourself?

What would be the educational requirements of staff members you hire?

There are some educational centers that hire student workers (usually those in college) who are very good in such subjects. They require their applicants to submit their transcript. That's based on what I've heard.

Some educational centers hire student workers just like apl_cdr said but there are also some that require their tutors to have a degree. Some even require their tutors to have a minimum of Masters degree. But I think, if your franchise is going to cater to kids, student workers would be able to handle that at a less cost compared to tutors with Masters degree.
