Hi, I'm new here and would like to here feedbacks from franchisees about this. I'm running a cleaning franchise, Franchisor has included recently and news contracts services offered, a letter to by signed by both franchisee and franchisor, and one of key element that surprised me was that specification:
''Franchisor, in no time can garanty to franchisee that client-contract offered will be profitable''.
Wonder if legal, to me oit pens the door to many speculations.
