There are a lot of good quality but cheap computer parts nowadays. Do you think that having this type of business would cost so much money? My friend is interested to create his own shop.
I think that's a great idea. In our area lots of people are looking for PCs, even old ones, just as long as they are functional. Some local shops here even buy slightly damaged units for P1K, depending on their spare parts of course. It's quite convenient to buy surplus parts for old systems.
A shop sounds great! You might want to make business cards and hand them out.. you have a great idea in putting a shop! I bet you may get a couple of customers as soon as you spread the word!

Many computer stores that sell hardware operate on a very low profit and the market is flooded etc. It makes it hard to remain profitable. To make it profitable, emphasize on service and providing extra benefits that simply not provided by other retailers or you could sell computer parts to the consumer via retail store. There are many places where that have vacant lots for a store, prefect traffic, perfect room, and perfect condition.
