(AP:NEW ORLEANS) Denver-based Qdoba Mexican Grill plans to expand in Louisiana, opening multiple restaurants in New Orleans over the next year. The Jack in the Box Inc. subsidiary plans 60-80 additional restaurants nationwide this year, said vice president of franchise development Todd Owen.
