RIO DE JANEIRO----Brazil Fast Food Corp. the second largest restaurant chain with 678 points of sale, operating under the Bob’s, KFC, Pizza Hut, and Doggis brands in Brazil, announced today that it has appointed a reconstituted Board of Directors with four new members to join the six member Board for a term expiring at the annual meeting of stockholders in 2010.
