Glen Bell dies in his home on Rancho Santa Fe, Irvine-based Taco Bell announced Monday. The fast-food pioneer founded Taco Bell, and had his hand in the development of other brands: Del Taco, Der Wienerschnitzel, Taco Tias, El Tacos.
