not sure what you're asking...do you mean is there a food franchise business for sale for 15,000PHP?If so, did you check into 'Burger Machine'? They were everywhere a few years ago. I'm not sure how much it is now, but perhaps you could get something similar for that price. I don't think you'll be able to get any sort of international franchise for that price though.
