starting my 1st franchise help please

hello everyone, I am very new to this whole franchising thing and i was just trying to gain some information to help me start. I will not be starting my franchise for about another 2 years. Thats how long i have until i acquire my bachelors degree in business management from UF. I'm from a small and steady growing town back home that shows lots of opportunity for good investments. I come from a poor family and do not have very much backing for my funds to start the business. I was wondering what i should do, who i should consult, and what means of financial assistance i should aquire to get my Moe's southwest grill up and running. I know this business will bloom when opened but not quite sure how to get thing rolling or in that case get the $ to actually start it. Any information would be most appreciated and thank you for your time and efforts.

Your not a franchisee until you sign the papers and come up with the money ...MOES should be able to advise you on how much is needed.
So if you have two years then first work in a couple of different restaurants so you know what your getting into and work in a MOES during the syummer if there isn't one near you. Offer to work for free so you can see if you like it ... they might like you and consider backing you.

SUBWAY was started by a college student that was backed by his fathers doctor ..thus the name Doctor's associates..
If you can talk with enthusiasm about your franchise concept ..then you will inspire people to want to help you.

You can take suggestion from franchisors because they are able to give you advise about the brand and prime location. They will also offer assistance locating premises because they already know where there will be sufficient demand for their products or services to become successful.

starting a franchise requires capital, know that you have some before proceeding.
