I am an American real estate investor and developer in the Krasnodar/Black Sea Region of Russia. This region has a population of about 5 million people and is currently served by only 2 American-style fast food restaurants. The area has a warmer more temperate climate than Moscow and has grown rapidly due to oil and gas, agriculture, shipping and tourism. The Black Sea is virtually the only resort region in the country. I am developing a shopping center and own other property as well. Currently, I am searching for a restaurant owner/investor to help me develop a new brand there. It will be American in all aspects and offer a product that is nearly universally liked but unavailable to the vast majority of people in the region. We have developed a brand name, found food sources and identified some possible locations. I would like to develop 1 -2 restaurants and then franchise to Russians who would like to own their own fast food enterprise but lack the model.
