Default The Franchise E-Factor

I recently reviewed The Franchise E-Factor book, which explores the franchisor-franchisee relationship.

Greg Nathan, the author, is a qualified corporate psychologist, and has spent time as a franchisee and franchise executive. He understands the franchise relationship and has insightful comments and strategies for keeping it healthy - for both franchisors and franchisees.

Greg is an engaging conference speaker (I have seen him 2-3 times). I would recommend reading anything Greg produces.
