Customer Review: Over Priced & Not Needed
The electronic 'book' "Subway Franchise Evaluation Report" by Franchisehelp, Inc. is no help at all. In fact, by itself, this so-called electronic book is barely 26 pages long and contains very little useful information at all that a prospective Subway franchise owner and operator could ever use. My sincere and honest recommendation is to not only avoid buying this 'book' but to quickly run away from it as soon as possible. When a prospective Subway franchisee inquires with Subway (online or via mail), you will be sent a "Franchise Offering Circular" from Doctor's Associates, Inc. AT NO COST TO YOU! By law, this document must be sent to anyone who inquires about purchasing a franchise of this sort. In this circular you will find much of the same information that is contained in this so-called electronic 'book' "Subway Franchise Evaluation Report." There are also numerous web sites for people thinking about buying their first franchise that will fill in the blanks that the "Franchise Offering Circular" does not offer for free. The mere fact that this publisher is charging [$] for this book (plus tax) is nothing short of highway robbery. No one (and I repeat NO ONE) will find anything of value in this book that they will not be able to find easily and free elsewhere. If you're thinking about buying a Subway franchise, I would still encourage you to do so...but as your first business decision, do NOT buy this book.
