Don't invest in a franchise.with 100K you could possibly have 200K invested (if you qualify)The average return on the market long term has been over 12% but let's take 10% as an example. With 10% return your money will double about every 7 years.You could have 1.5 Million in 21 year (1'600K-100K borrowed). That is an average of 71K per year.Now try to get an average 71K per year from a 100K investment with a franchise year after year for 21 years, plus all the trouble of maintenance/inspection, staffing, management, etc...
