Since most of the "Major" cities in the US already have a NFL franchise, I would like to see a couple in Canada like the NBA MLB had done Toronto would be the most logical

Las Vegas!!!!!!!! why not? call them the vegas high rollers...no that's kinda stupid... call them the vegas showgirls... make them wear sequins on their jerseys. red and silver. and green. they will be prettier than their cheerleaders. there could be a slot machine at every seat on the first level of the stadium. and free drinks if you continue to bet.

I would put it in Hawaii... in Honolulu... I would name them the Hawaii Volcanoes... I think Hawaii would be a pretty sick place to have a team... but Hawaii is designated for the Pro Bowl... so it would never happen. Or maybe Alaska... the Alaska Eskimos... that would be a pretty sick place to have some pretty intense snow bowls.

There aren't many teams in the upper western states, so maybe the Helena Elk, Boise Spuds, or even the Cheyenne Wranglers.
