Default I was working for a franchise for 7 1/2 years and was made made redundant ...

...last week. what can i claim for? The restaurant i used to work for has now gone into administration. Im owed bonuses from 3 years ago. I got no notice about being made redundant, i went into work in the morning and was told then and there. My boss told me not to worry, that they'll just transfer me to another restaurant, but i dont think its that easy. can i claim and go back and work for them even though the franchise is under a different name to the one i was previously working with.what can i do??

First of all contact a solicitor who specialises in Emplyment law or go to the Citizen Advice as soon as you can and check your contract out.

Not good. I would check your contract, take legal advice and contact the administrators as to where you stand concerning payments.Good Luck
