Which MLB Teams have the most franchise losses in its history?

Now that the Phillies are close to the 10,000 loss mark with 9999, which other teams have the most losses?

It's a nice list above, but it's not great to look at if you're looking at who the worst team in the history of the league is. In that case, you'll have to go to winning percentage.

This is just a guess, but the Athletics franchise has had some pretty dismal years.
Possibly the Braves franchise.
Could even be the Senators/Twins franchise.
