Franchise Tax Board
What is the Franchise Tax Board? I see a lot of people search for it.... This is what I found on the WSI site: What does the Franchise Tax Board do? The Franchise Tax Board is a subdivision of the California government that takes care of income and property tax collection in the state. The word “franchise” in Franchise Tax Board does not refer to the same concept as business franchising which pertains to companies who sell their brand to small business who then pay them a fee for the visibility and profit this affords. Franchises exist in all industries including the business consultation industry in which the WSI franchise has been a strong force. - Elizabeth Miranda |
