As per my suggestion rent is much good idea then to own place. This will save some money for initial investment and can be spend of some other. If you have enough fund then it is ok to own your place and start business.

I too think that it depends on your market and the location. If you can operate your business profitably from your own place then it s best but if its far from your target market and people find it hard to reach you that consider about having a place in the market so that you can get your potential customers easily. Renting is a better option if you don;t have your own place nearby your market and of course you can buy it or any other nearby place later when you have enough funds.
