People always assume that people always go around malls to purchase, making them mistake density of passers by to profitability. This isnt necessarily the case. Unless you're running a food-chain franchise (a popular one will more or less always have queues with assured purchasing likelihood), getting a spot in the mall might be a bit too risky. I know a lot of stores in various local malls that people perceive to be selling a lot because of their prime location but have in fact been running a lot of losses.
