Default Inside the mall

This location is one of the best places where you can have your franchise set-up. This is one of the places on earth wherein there are a lot of people. The drawback for this location however, is that it costs a lot.

I am sure that the rental fee inside the mall is very high, especially if the mall is somehow for people belonging to higher level in the society like Rustan’s.

Having a place inside a mall really costs a lot but at least your would already have the people going around to market your products to. I think that's why it costs a lot. This is the point when higher costs means higher probability of gaining higher revenue applies.

People always assume that people always go around malls to purchase, making them mistake density of passers by to profitability. This isnt necessarily the case. Unless you're running a food-chain franchise (a popular one will more or less always have queues with assured purchasing likelihood), getting a spot in the mall might be a bit too risky. I know a lot of stores in various local malls that people perceive to be selling a lot because of their prime location but have in fact been running a lot of losses.

The rental fees on stalls located on malls was very expensive. That's the reason why you have to work hard to get more consumer's attention and buy your products. Just a little ideas and tricks will do.

definetely it really cost a lot to put up a store or stall inside the mall but it is proportional to the franchised name you have purchased. the brands would not franchise their name or brand if it did not have a reputation to be saleable.if you want real heavy traffic, inside the mall is the most viable location. it is also a way to merchandise your product eventhough you are just earning breakeven at a worst scenario.people will be aware of your presence.

A mall is not the place to set up a franchise, I used to work in a bank and see the deposits that the privately owned franchises would bring in. In some cases, their whole day's work was summed up in $6.

I think that amount is quite small. How about the deposit by franchises outside the mall? How much is the difference? I think a huge percent of the sales goes in to the rental fee of the mall, which is bigger compared to places outside the mall.

High people traffic areas are the ideal location but aside from malls, lrt, mrt and even bus stations can be ideal places to start your franchise.
