The health food industry is booming. Anything slightly health orientated atrracts people now so it would be very successful. Maybe not so popluar in winter so there would need to be a good winter menu.

A lot of people has been concerned with their health lately especially now that there are a lot of growing campaigns against obesity. This type of franchise however could be seasonal especially if there has been a scarcity of harvest due to typhoons.

That would be a nice idea to have. A lot of people are now craving for food that tastes good but also healthy. I think it is the result of various campaigns to stay fit and stay away from diseases.

It would be great to start with health food business. For those who would want to deliver food in offices just like the thread starter said, all that has to be done is find a regular office to cater to and that would be a great start.
