If you want to start a tutoring franchise, it's more advisable to stay away from general programs. You have to focus on a particular function (think the college review cram schools popular everywhere in the world) and then hire a small group of people from where the basic "model" will be derived. After that, you can sell the franchise once you've a track record to boast about and a following from word-of-mouth.
