Default How do I start a home based business?

I am wanting to start my own company. The idea would be similiar to companies like Home Interiors and Tupperware for example. A company that sells things via parties. Problem is I don't know where to start. I have a few ideas of the type of items I want to sell. But I don't know where to go from there.

Why not host a tupperware or lingerie party and see how that goes, maybe you will learn a few lessons along the way.

Hi. I have a home based health and wellness business. Aside from teaching and training others on how to do the business and educating them on the proper uses of skin care and taking care of their bodies, I also present my products and business opportunity to others through group presentations and 1-on-1 presentations. The over 350 products that I share are all consumable, thus giving you a nice residual check, not just a one time sell. This business is debt free and has unlimited income potential and growth. Anyone can do what I do and from anywhere in the US or Canada. I would be happy to present you with more information if you're interested.

It sounds like you are trying to figure out how to start a Multi-Level Marketing or Direct Sales program using your own product. There is quite a structure in place for those kinds of companies, something you would have to do extensive research on. Structuring a compensation plan, etc. You want to be sure to do it right the first time as there is only one chance with these kinds of things.I also recommend you start your own home business first so that you can learn the ropes. Believe me, there is a lot to learn! You need more than a few ideas to get something like this under way, you need a rock solid plan that you can present to others.

My husband and I have an online/offline retail business that might work for you. I can't give you details here since it's against the rules of this site but send me an email if you'd like more information.

Its really not hard. Here is an idea:Sell Mirco-Fiber Towels. You can buy them from this wholesale web-site with no memebrship fees at all. Simply buy for a cheap price and re-sell for $6 eaYou would sell to people who clean homes,Janitors, fundraisers, Car detail shops. To market yourself you can get a free web-site on Yahooand get free business card on VistaprintYou can buy as little as 5 to see if you can sell them ...MOre you can buy , more of a price break you get. These are the same ones you see on TV infomercials, but this web-site you get them musch cheaper per piece.(half as much)I encourage you to try it out….hope this helps…Steve
