Some good suggestions above. You should look into owning your own websites as there is huge earning potential in doing so.

Not only can you earn from having your own websites by referring customers to sites like Amazon but eventually later on down the road when your sites have matured, you can sell them for big bucks.

This is also a very good retirement plan as well. Owning websites is like owning internet real estate.
