Ah, how many times I wish someone would have had The answer to this question for me. Personally, though I have kids, I never wanted to do childcare in my home. It can be lucrative though and you get to be with your own children as well as them having in house playmates. I decided to take a passion of mine and find a way to make it a business. I am still working a 8-5 job but I am in the beginning stages of starting my own e-publishing house. It's hard work, but I love it. I would suggest the same for you. Internet businesses are, in my opinion, the best for working from home. You can work on your business when the kids are napping, on a play date or after the fall asleep for the night. At least that's what I do

Anything you love can be made into a business. If you love fashion, you could start a designer "once loved" (used - lol) clothing store (on line or off). If you love to paint, you could offer a service where you will paint a portrait from a photo. You get the drift. In any business you must market, market, market.I wish you the best of luck and am putting some links you may find helpful.
