Whats some personal experience people have had with franchisor's?
What are some good expreience's

That is all depend on what hotels or motels chain you want to franchise. Every company will have different rules, regs, fees, and supports. I have not found a hotel franchise that is less then $250K upfront money. So if you have a couple MILLION to spend is the way to go. I do have a couple friends that are franchise consultants will be more then happy to answer your curiousity if you want to know more.

I am in the process of interviewing current franchisee's and most seem to enjoy hotels. I was looking for an 80 room hotel but 50 rooms seems to be more utilitarian. There have been some culture experience's that I am not a custom to and that is a major concern for me. If you have consultants that are hotel orientated then I would like to talk to them.
