South West Trains, the UKÃƒÆ’Ã‚Â¢ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚Â¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚Â¢s busiest rail franchise, is to become the first in the country to offer passengers reductions on season tickets for travelling outside the busiest period of the morning peak after Stagecoach , the bus and train operator, on Friday won the contract to operate the franchise for another 10 years.
