Chill ends quest for WNBA franchise (The Fort Collins Coloradoan)

Dave King's dream of making the Colorado Chill a WNBA expansion franchise won't happen this year. With a Saturday deadline looming to have everything in place, King said today he did not line up enough financing to bring women's professional basketball back to Northern Colorado and Denver.
