Bruno: Progress in Racing Franchise Talks (WRGB Albany)

Though the air remains frosty between Governor Eliot Spitzer and Senate Majority Leader Joe Bruno, trade magazine Bloodhorse is reporting that the two may be able to reach a compromise on the racing franchise issue in New York state by year's end.
