McDonald's geographic uniqueness
It's interesting how even if McDonald's is rather ubiquitous, each branch seems to have its own identity. I think they give a good amount of licensing liberty to their local stores that each branch takes into consideration the identity and customs of the locality. Indian stores, for example, do not use any cow-related inputs. In Singapore, they even issue calorie content and diet-friendly products as the population is rather young (the working group) and health-conscious.
