...McDonald's Restaurant where I work but can not seem to access any clipart I want to include Grimace, Hamburgler, Ronald McDonald, etc in order to make my trayliner eye-catching and intice the children get their parents to buy our specials which will be on the trayliner.How do I find the McDonld's characters clipart?

You should be able to get it from the McDonalds marketing department. Just give them a call and ask them to e-mail it to you, I'm sure they won't mind as it's for a work related project.

somehow i just don't think they would let you do this without being asked specifically... in which case you would be given the clipart.
