enemy. although i don't deny the tastiness, it is so bad for you. you will feel alot better if you abstain from it.

Friend if eaten sparingly. I'm an adult and whenever I go to McDonalds, I order a Happy Meal. Less fat and calories, same great taste.

I say friend...in moderation. I don't eat Mcdonalds often but it's alright now and again.

Macca's is like that friend we all have that we can only take in very small doses, take too much and you're well on your way to a breakdown of some sort :P

neither. economics are the enemy. because of the need for dual incomes and the necessity of commuting, families rarely have time to prepare a proper meal. this leads to the need for fast food. fast food should be used sparingly, not as the cornerstone of any diet. unfortunately our rush, rush culture and the disappearance of the middle class means that only the uber-rich have the means to have a well-balanced, properly prepared meal, not to mention the free time to exercise that meal off.

I love it...especially the Quarter Pounder with Cheese and the Big 'N Tasty.
