neither. economics are the enemy. because of the need for dual incomes and the necessity of commuting, families rarely have time to prepare a proper meal. this leads to the need for fast food. fast food should be used sparingly, not as the cornerstone of any diet. unfortunately our rush, rush culture and the disappearance of the middle class means that only the uber-rich have the means to have a well-balanced, properly prepared meal, not to mention the free time to exercise that meal off.
