An addiction is a habit. We start our kids off at very young ages-the moment they have teeth. It's quick (drive through helps), can be cheap, available and parents have passed this on as being acceptable and enjoyable, a treat; because we too are products of the fast food generation. Not to be rude, by any means, but the old saying of Monkey see-Monkey do just might apply here.

Humans are hard wired to want and crave fats. Thanks to YOU and others who can't resist greasy, fatty, bad for you foods, I'm making a tidy sum on my McDonalds stock investment. *I* make money off of you not being able to curb your appetite, thanks! Now, make my life difficult, please and boycott McDonalds and other fast food restaurants. I'd rather not make money than have YOUR health at risk. We can't stop adults from harming their bodies, that's why McDonalds is a smart investment. thank YOU.

It is the fat and the salt.I no longer eat McDonald's fries.I have reached my goal weight and remain there.Buy a real potato or two.Slice it into french fry portions (no need to peel).Put it in a plastic bag.Add 1 tablespoon or less of oil.Sprinkle a small amount of salt in bag.Shake bag.Remove potatoes from bag.Put in shallow pan.Broil or bake in oven til crisp. After a while you will discover that these are more tasty and better for you than the fast food variety! You will save money.Enjoy!Mmmm!I am going to prepare some right now!
