I think 17-18, at the end of a 10 beer night at a dorm room party. I wish my parents would have left me out of the whole business and let me discover its joys on my own! My mouth is actually watering right now writing about it, and it's 6AM and it's all because of some massive conditioning the fast foods put me through that I will never shake........Shake......mmmmmmm FROSTY at Wendy's and a double w/cheese.....mmmmmm.....gotta go. good luck!

Chelsea give your kids a break and don't take them at all.My kids never go to McDonalds. It represents so many repulsive things wrong with our society.Chopping down rainforests, low wages, poor quality unhealthy food, huge bulk feed lots producing beef with a massive environmental cost eg. methane and sewerage run off, the unhumane treatment and slaughter of animals to produce the cheapest meat product. Why would you take them to McDonalds - teach them to appreciate the good stuff in life - good quality home cooked food - nutritious food - make great hamburgers at home with lean mince. My children have no desire to go to McDonalds (they are aged 21, 13, 11, 10 and 5) Dont be sucked in by the toys - there has to be a better healthier option.Do you really want your children to think that getting a Happy Meal is a joy? Remember it is only fast and unhealthy food - don't make it into a special, surreal and magical experience.Let the Grandparents take them I say. Get your own special cafe where you take them - make that special and let them choose decent food. Their health is your responsibility.

Any age,but too much fast food is unhealthy for the kids. And the toys are cheap imports that don't last long. Most parents go there to get a few minutes of rest.

My grandson is 4 and has been going to Macdonalds sincehe was big enough to play in the play area. His interest isplaying, not the food, though he now loves the chicken nuggets.

I would say school aged. Only because alot of parents still have child parties there. And it really wouldnt be fair of you to say that they couldnt go. McDonalds is fine on occasion. And the perks to going to McDonalds is the happy meals and toy that comes with it. Also the time you spend with your kids in the play area. I think that if you take them to McDonalds, then after take them to the park to play. I have had some of my favorite memories with my parents going to places like McDonalds and then going to the lake or park after. Its all about control. Good luck to you!
