Could anyone help me to find more information on running a pet business or pet store franchise? I believe a pet business is a good business opportunity too but how much would a pet business like this pet training business run?Is apet business hard to operate and can it be run as a homebased business?

I'm also interested in setting up Pet Shop business. My idea is to set up a SPA/Grooming shop for pets. Nowadays Pet Grooming shop is booming. Maybe someone here can give me an idea if this kind of business is feasible.

Thats exactly right. If you are good enough and market yourself well you could possibly end up with a celebrity pets clientele. Take a look at Paris Hilton for example. She spent thousands of dollars just on a collar for her dog!

A pet franchise could be a good idea. There are a lot of people who are willing to pay a lot just to be sure that their pets are well-groomed and taken care of.

I think you will need to have licensed personnel that are really capable of handling animals. There are animal rights, too so I assume that if you wish to have an establishment dedicated for their good, you need to be equipped to handle the job.

Yes pet business is a nice option with good return. It needs good investment but at present time it also gives good ROI. Today people are taking care of their pets like never before. They buy all latest pet food items, tonics, calcium powders and even go for insurance o0f their pets so that they can take care of their pet's health more. Its a nice business to invest and you can easily get franchise of a pet shop and start your own store for pets.
