The one problem with that is people live in different places. Like-I live in Maui, it'd be hard. Try finding someone in your area.

First you need an attorney to draw up a non-disclosure contract so anyone you show your new idea to can't steal it and say it's theirs. Find a pizza place that will talk to you about development of your product and do a test run of your product from there and get a general Idea of acceptance or rejection. At that time then you can decide which direction you should go. Good Luck
