did anyone get bad service at pizza hut?

did anyone else go to pizza hut, get seated at a table, order drinks, and wait awhile then watch other people come in and get served asap and find yourself still waiting for your service then u get up and walk out

Not pizza hut but its happened at other places. You should become a secret shopper, then you could rate the idiots that do that stuff.

Yes! Everytime I go. The service sucks! Even when I ordered pizza from home. They are uncooperative and no one has an answer as to why my pizza was more than an hour late! I stopped ordering and going there!

a friend who worked at pizza hut toldme that when someone was being rude, they would put a star on the persons bill so the cooks know to "accidentally" drop their toppings on the floor and put it back on the pizza. EW

I love pizza hut! but that has happened to me before, cept i don't just walk out i get really pissed off and tell someone off, THEN i walk out, cause if i stayed i'd probably have somthing inedible in my food.

Dear Pizza lover:If you have a bad experience in pizza and waited so many minutes..... why did not speak with manager in charge.. while I was waiting I could get up and ask if you can get service? did you. Sometimes, people get in hurry, they demand the things to serve quickly.. but, they do not have patience.. they start complaining.. I would suggest next time ask the manager's name and get the address and write a letter. I am sure your sincere concerns definitely will respond. try it .. you never know.. we always complain the things but we have no sense of responsibility and courage to write a note and send with 40 cents... mail. if you need a respond.. do not forget... certified letter will make and create magic... sincerely..

my bro use to work there and i thought it was just him messin with us, but then we as a family went there and it was the same way so yes i have.

I've gotten six off of it 2 times. And belive me DO NOT go to the Hiawatha KS, one it is so unsainitary!!! soo gross
