7/11 - Showcased on Undercover Boss

Have any of you seen the 7/11 franchise segment on that show Undercover Boss? Not sure what channel, but you can google Undercover Boss and watch it online. It's actually a GREAT show, has you teary eyed, but I am not sure how much of it is actually real... they helped one guy who was a driver open his own store... and also their highest grossing store is due to one of their employees, Delores, being so awesome to her customers.... just curious how 'real' this was as a representation of 7-11.
