Default Insist on Good Training

A lot of new franchisees tend to look into personnel training as the best aspect where they can cut corners and save, leading to a deteriorated or poor personnel training. This is wrong. If you can insist on the franchisor providing training to the personnel you hire, then do so. The "brand image" of the franchise can only do so much to assure your profitability. Your daily operations will matter so much more, and this will be were excellent personnel training will figure in.

There is really a need for personnel training to make your business profitable. I think training your personnel is not your problem anymore because it is included in the package of your franchise. The main company is the real responsible on training your staff. This is just based on what i've known.
