Try to read his body language or if he smiles or stares at you a lot :-) Or if he tries to talk to you at any chance, or does he just give you the coffee and that's it.Try to make some casual conversation next time he takes your order or gives you your coffee. Ask him if it's been busy or slow at the store? Or what kind of coffee he likes? You can joke that you always see him at the store and that he works many hours. Anything to strike up a conversation so you can get to know him better and also so you can swap names :-) good luck!
