in any situation where someone is paying a premium price for a superior product their expectation for perfection is going to shoot up. These same ppl probably act the same way at nice restaurants, and upscale department stores, etc. This of course doesn't excuse their attitude, but don't assume that it is limited to being at Starbucks- they probably really are jerks and snobs.That is not to say that all Starbucks drinkers are such, but the snooty and rich are certainly drawn there.

because wen they get there they havent had their caffeine so they're cranky and wen they get their coffee they're like that because theyre enjoying their highly addictive coffee lol
