Depends on the drink, what you are ordering is not too bad but stay away from the frapps and the special coffees (with the syrups and stuff). Check their website out for nutritional information.

Google Starbucks, the calorie counts for all their food should be there, and if not, go to your local Starbucks(wherever you get the said soy milk venti latte with the froth removed) and ask. If they don't have it, then it's like against the law or something. Anyway trans fats has been banned so yeah.

Latte, with soyCalories 270Fat Calories 70Total Fat (g) 8Saturated Fat (g) 1Trans Fat (g) 0Sugars (g) 28Trust me. It's a hell of a lot better than what I get. EDIT: Dude, she didn't ask for your opinions on Starbucks or how much it costs. STFU.EDIT: Try apple juice. It's healthier, and Veryfine's usually only contain about 160 calories. Plus, there's always water. But anything at Starbucks tends to be over 200 calories, which really isn't horrible. My drink is 500 calories, which is why I have it once a week. Also, I know it's not "real" coffee, but convenience stores have tasty stuff. I know Quik-Trips stuff only contains about 150 calories. Of course, some people would argue that Starbucks isn't "real" coffee, but the caloric intake isn't any better at other shops.
