...restaurant options other than Subway? My husband and I are building a menu of items we could sell like fast food restaurants but that are healthy. We are making sure it is easily made, affordable and yet very tasty and still good for you.... I am dieting and a big fan of fast food hamburgers which is what inspired our healthy quest. Would this type of restaurant be appealing to others as well??

I've heard others (so many), complain they can't get good nutrients and the fast food chain is ridiculous in what they offer! I hope you try to get this started. I'm on the go a lot. What I wouldn't do for a nutrious luch breakfast or super and snacks. You may have really hit on something!Good luck to you and your husbandA concerned adult. Thank you again.

Of course. I love Subway but I only go there when I have a coupon....

THANK GOD! I am not a cook, and mostly end up eating out places...I hate fast food but love the price...I am so sick of Subway! Maybe something with a Tex-Mex feel...like taco bell, but not made out of grade D beef...that would be great!!! ummm is the term "healthy nacho" an oxymoron? :P

ABSOLUTELY! This is exactly what we all need! As a broke college kid, I'm constantly on a budget, but I don't eat fast food...ever, because it's sooo bad for you. Please pursue this healthy fast food concept, and franchise like crazy, because I would eat at your place daily!!!!THANK YOU SOOO MUCH, this is an exceptional idea!!!)
