i have worked for Subway in the past and i know ourstore manager was paid salary. also she was givena bonus on her check according to the sales for thetwo weeks. so she was rolling in some money. forone the restaurant was located nearby a air force base and we were slammin and jammin at lunchtime are rush would honestly last up to 2 to 3 hours. litteraly..........

A salaried manager at Subway will make about $400.00 a week for about 50 hours of work. Bonuses can range from $100 - $800 and they are given out on a quarterly basis. Fast food management is not the greatest. Most of your employees are teenagers, you smell when you leave, and the customers can be a pain in the ass.

My son-in-law is a general manager at a Subway, He is paid by the hour and also gets a bonus every 3 months. Works between 50 to 55 hours a week. between the wages and bonuses he makes around 45,000 A year.

I am a Manager for a Subway in Texas and I paid weekly salary of $480.00 for working a minimum of 55 hours a week. I also recieve quartly bonuses based on my sales, labor, and my store inspections. However, all Subways are differnent. Where on store would pay their managers salary, some pay them hourly. Some get bonuses, some don't. It all depends.
