Hey guys...This may sound really strange to you, but i cannot have a subway sandwich without jalapenos in them...just cannot do it, and the same goes for the salads. So i wanted to ask u guys if u know exactly how they are prepared. Are they the pickeled jalapenos u get from supermarkets, or do they come packaged especially for you. And is it put in vinegar? If so, what kind? When i buy pickeled jalapenos from the supermarket, theyre not as crunchy as the ones from subway, nor do they have the same...i dont know..."zing", tanginess, whatever u wanna call it. So if u guys don't mind my less important question, please answer it! Thanks to all!!

They are pre cut and packages just cut open and pour.

Subway recieves it's own brand of supplies from off the trucks each and every morning before they open up to the public.Including the bread dough they use to make their different types of sandwiches with.

dry the pickled ones with a paper towel, or leave them out for a minute, they dry up & get a little "Zing"
