Re: Computer Shop Franchise
Computer shops are sprouting everywhere these days. I don't personally recommend franchising a computer shop business because a computer shop business depends on a few factors. First is location, pricing, business hours, accessibility, the kind of services you offer and how well your computer can serve a customer's needs. To franchise a computer business is very much just like buying it's brand name. You don't need this because it's not like the food or clothing business where customers need to be assured that what they're eating or wearing is of superior quality. The money that you will be spending on the franchise can make good use for your computer shop business such that the expensive franchising fee could instead provide you of computers with higher and better and faster specifications. Don't go for name, go for specifications and good computer brands. Make your place nice, comfortable and choose a location that is accessible such as near schools or any place with high foot traffic. Computers with good and high specifications can best support gaming which can make the user feel "better served" when he/she is given fast and uninterrupted computer and internet access.
Just my two cents worth since I own a computer shop.
