units opened in the Boston area. In 2005 the concept was renamed Boloco. After
years of fine tuning, Boloco is ready for national franchise growth.

proven track record in franchising. Nick Lanni, President & CEO of Under Wraps,
LLC previously owned Great Steak & Potato for over 20 years and developed that
franchise into 260 units with 150 franchise owners. Nick sold the Great Steak &
Potato Franchise System in 2004.
