Each CATZ facility has a track, an artificial-turf agility
training area, and a strength training area. Each CATZ class is coached by a
highly qualified Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist that brings
energy and enthusiasm to every session of training. Each CATZ athlete leaves our
facility sweating and smiling, excited about their workout and ready to “bring
it” the next time they step on the field.
