Ultimate Vehicle Protection
ClearBra is a custom installed, clear protective system that prevents rock
and road debris from chipping the paint and lights on vehicles- their most
vulnerable surfaces.
At eight to fourteen mils thick, ClearBra protective film is composed of a
self-annealing outer layer combined with an energy-absorbing under layer. This
modern technology creates a trampoline effect against stone chips-a new car
owner's greatest worry. Tough and reliable, ClearBra also insures against bug
damage, minor abrasion, and weathering. Originally designed to protect race cars
and helicopter blades, the ClearBra system is guaranteed not to fade, yellow,
crack or peel. It preserves the vehicle investment and boosts resale value.
ClearBra protects the hood, fenders, headlights, fog lights, mirrors, bumper,
rocker panels, tail-gate, and virtually any other surface at risk. It also
maintains the beauty and integrity of finishes on motorcycles, RVs, boats and
trailers, and motor homes.
Custom Installation
Custom installation by a skilled ClearBra technician produces a finished
product that enhances a vehicle's natural lines. The nearly invisible film
allows the vehicle's true paint color to shine through. Film installed on the
leading edge of the hood is tucked and protected which leaves no line to peel or
collect dirt. And unlike unsightly bug shields and leather/vinyl bras, the
ClearBra system is totally aerodynamic and requires no special aftercare or
maintenance.
A Growth Opportunity
In 1999 when ClearBra introduced its vehicle paint protection in the Western
United States, the response was overwhelming. Inquiries flooded in from all
across the country. In 2005, after installing over 13,000 systems from its Salt
Lake City based dealership, ClearBra looked for ways to serve the 25 million
people that purchase new cars and trucks in the U.S. each year. It teamed up
with seasoned franchisor Basecamp to form ClearBra Franchising-a company that
offers a proven business system for this exciting new industry.
The ClearBra Support System
As the owner of a ClearBra franchised dealership, you will be awarded an
exclusive territory within which you will sell to auto dealerships, body shops,
and the retail public. You will be assigned a customer support representative
that will guide and mentor you in the following areas:
Financing/Business Analysis
Using our ClearBra Business Planner, you will analyze the sales and profit
potential of your dealership, its cash flow and staffing needs. With this
analysis you will produce a three-year financial and operational forecast that
you will use for financing and as roadmap for success.
Site Selection/Territory Analysis
With over 20 years of legal and commercial leasing expertise, we will help you
select a site within a promising territory and assist you in negotiating
favorable lease terms.
Start-Up
Our designers will help you plan the design, layout, and construction of your
dealership. Its upscale look and feel will help you establish credibility as the
company that offers Ultimate Vehicle Protection.
Training
ClearBra provides a rigorous two-week training program. First you will learn
the science and art of custom installation and pass two certifications required
to open a ClearBra dealership. Next you will study the art of the sale,
industry insights, proven sales scripts, financial accounting, scheduling, human
resources and marketing.
Business Development
Support visits to your dealership will include business development activities.
Our team will visit auto dealer clients with you to develop sales.
Marketing
Branding is critical to capture the high-end automotive niche. The chief weapon
in your marketing arsenal is a radio campaign that targets the automotive
enthusiast. A portion of your marketing funds will be pooled with other
dealerships in your area for maximum effectiveness.
Performance Groups/Annual Meetings
ClearBra owners work together to improve performance throughout our system.
Every six months a group of owners will meet at a dealership to evaluate
performance and make suggestions for improvement. A corporate facilitator leads
the discussions and provides organized feedback. At annual meetings owners share
successes and challenges, analyze industry trends, receive additional training
and recognize outstanding performance.
Control Your Own Future
By drawing on our 20 years of automotive and franchising experience, you will be
in business for yourself, but not by yourself. A qualified ClearBra candidate
should have some basic business and sales skills, but automotive experience is
not required. Since this industry is so new, and the competition usually
disorganized, the potential to capture this growing market is enormous. Simply
put-your success will depend on how organized and committed you are to serving
your customers.
