The Desert Moon is providing consumers with the flavors, color & spirit of
the southwest! Through its use of cool Southwestern colors, trademarked
landscape designs, howling coyotes and desert cacti, there isn't a more
distinctive "Fresh-Mexican" brand in the market. Indeed, driven by its
chef-developed menu, there isn't a fast casual operation that delivers
more flavors, more boldly than the Desert Moon!
A Healthful, Fresh Alternative
Differentiating itself from its typical Mexican fast-food counterparts,
Desert Moon menu offerings are a fusion of Fresh Mexican/Southwestern recipes.
Prepared in our full view/open kitchen, our guests are offered a choice of
Charbroiled Lean Steak, Skinless Chicken Breast, or Fire roasted vegetables any
of which may be wrapped in a soft, warm, flour or whole wheat tortilla with a
combination of high quality, made-from-scratch salsas, ranch beans, yellow rice,
guacamole or fresh vegetables. The result is food that is unique in the fast
casual venue, extremely flavorful and sought after by quality driven
consumers. To compliment our food, some Desert Moon restaurants offer
"signature" hand-shaken Margaritas and a selection of Mexican Beer.

steak, black bean soups, and ranch beans to name a few. We've negotiated
national pricing with Coca-Cola and established rebate programs with several
