Learn About Home Owners Club of America Franchises
|
Envisioned in 1993 by Craig Madans, this unique marketing concept has proven its
worth by providing benefits to homeowners and contractors. "Helping people
overcome the problems of owning a home renders a positive result for everyone.
We help make the connection between homeowners and carefully selected, quality
craftsmen, which saves money and time," Craig Madans reports.
The first Home Owners Club of America office was started in Charlotte,
North Carolina in March of 1993. By 2000, Home Owners Club of America of
Charlotte had over 25,000 members. Each Home Owners Club of America office is
owned and operated locally as a franchise.
Madans thought of the idea to start a home repair network when he was trying to
renovate his home and couldn't get anyone to show up or do the job right. "Home
Owners Club of America takes the worry out of home repair which saves the
homeowner the headaches and the time it takes to really find good contractors,"
says Madans. Home Owners Club of America now has franchises as far west as
Colorado, north as Connecticut and South as Florida.
How Home Owners Club of America Works:
They match the customer's requested service with their best certified
contractor. Their Home Repair Network has contractors with outstanding
references, insurance, and any required licenses.
Home Owners Club of America opens a "door of a different color, size, and
style." and offers an unusually distinctive meaning to the phrase "making a
living!" Do you want the financial security of a generous income minus the
corporate backdrop and employee headaches? Are you looking for more flexibility
in your work schedule or income upon retirement? Do you enjoy helping others? If
you answered positively to these question, then a Home Owners Club of America
franchise could be an attractive opportunity for you.
When you join the Home Repair Network and become a member of the Home Owners
Club of America family, you will receive a:
- Computer Software Package, custom designed for the operation of Home
Owners Club of America
- Specified Territory
- Marketing Plan
- Computer Training Manual
